Delivery Information
Delivery charges for non-bulky items (headguards, t-shirts, grid marker discs etc) and estimated lead times for order completion.
For order over £100 delivery is free (with some exceptions - see below).
For orders under £100 delivery is £5.
For orders over £300 and for bulky or heavy items (i.e. tackle bags, shields, post pads, PowerBags etc.), we will contact you to discuss delivery options.
Lead times can sometimes vary, for instance when products are manufactured to order. If the lead time is likely to be longer than the estimated times above we will contact you to let you know.
Returns & Guarantees
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months against defective workmanship.
If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, you must recieve authority to do so from Rhino Rugby Ltd. Following the approval of a return, only goods recieved in their original condition will qualify for a full refund.
Terms of Payment and Online Transactions
For internet orders All payments must be made upfront with the order, through Protx.
Using your credit or debit card to make purchases over the Internet at secure websites like RhinoRugby.com has been statistically proven to be safer than ordering over the phone with a credit card number, or handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant. VAT is added to all orders.
To ensure the security of your transaction we use Protx, an international payment processing organisation endorsed by Natwest Bank. Your card will be processed securely by Protx using 128 bit encryption and remain completely private at all times. We do not retain your card details.
