Delivery Information
All prices quoted on Rhino Pure Rugby website include delivery charges within the UK and only orders received within the UK will be accepted.
Wherever possible, Rhino Pure Rugby will endeavour to deliver customised products within a 6-10 week lead time and products from stock within one week. Lead times can vary at busy times of the year, particularly for products which are manufactured to order. If the lead time is likely to be longer than the estimated times indicated in the 'Deliveries' section of this website, we will contact you to let you know. Please check the 'Deliveries' page for estimated lead times before placing our order.
Returns & Guarantees
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months against defective workmanship.
If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, you must contact Rhino Rugby Ltd for an authorisation number and advise the reason and the date for the return of goods. Any returns without an authorisation number may be delayed in processing. Following the acceptance of a return, only goods received in their original condition will qualify for a full refund.
Terms of Payment and Online Transactions
For internet orders ALL payments must be made upfront with the order, through Protx. We will issue invoices where requested but will not guarantee stock availability or accept your order until payment has been received in full.
Using your credit or debit card to make purchases over the Internet at secure websites like RhinoRugby.com has been statistically proven to be safer than ordering over the phone with a credit card number, or handing your card to a waiter in a restaurant. VAT is added to all orders.
To ensure the security of your transaction we use Protx, an international payment processing organisation endorsed by Barclays Bank. Your card will be processed securely by Protx using 128 bit encryption and remain completely private at all times. We do not retain your card details.
