Rhino will take their sponsorship of the historic Varsity Match between Oxford University and Cambridge University to six years, after signing a new three-year deal.

Rhino, the world's leading rugby training equipment specialist, have been supplying teamwear, apparel and match balls to both clubs for the men’s and women’s Varsity Match at Twickenham since 2017, and the new agreement will take them through to 2022.

“The Varsity Match is one of the most famous club matches in world rugby and is the perfect showcase for not only our elite teamwear but also our Vortex Elite match ball, which is now used by the national teams of 78 rugby-playing countries,” said Dave Reynish, managing director, Rhino. “We’re proud to play such an integral role in this globally renowned fixture with two such historic rugby clubs.”

“The Rhino Vortex Elite has also proved a major success with the kickers enjoying some excellent performances due to the consistency of its flight. We’re very pleased to continuing our relationship with Rhino for three more years.

This year’s Varsity Match is Thursday 10th December, and once again Rhino will add to the day with the announcement of the 2020 Rhino Prop Star winner.
