All you have to do to enter this once-in-a-lifetime competition and see the likes of Sam Warburton, Billy Vunipola, CJ Stander and Stuart Hogg get put through their paces by Warren Gatland and his team is visit our Twitter page here find the relevant post and give it a retweet, remembering to follow at the same time.
The squad session is set to take place at The Vale of Glamorgan on 15th May and you will join Rhino to watch the squad enjoy one of their all-important training sessions before they depart for New Zealand and begin their 10-match tour.

Rules: You must be available to attend the training session during the day on Monday 15th May, 2017 (15.05.17). No travel expenses are included. There are no alternatives to this prize. There is only one prize of two passes to the training session to be won. This training session is subject to change or even cancellation by the British & Irish Lions - in this instance there is no alternative prize. You must be contactable via Twitter on 01.05.17. If no response is received by 6pm on 01.05.17, a new winner will be selected. This competition is not open to Rhino employees or their families. Competition closes at 23:59 on 30.03.17. Competition open to those aged 18 or over.
