The Premiersled is an incredibly versatile machine that is suitable for men and women, as well as younger players who want to develop their technique on an adult machine. Its detachable vertical pads are designed to move independently, allowing them to absorb the initial hit of the scrum with ease. These pads are made with long-lasting foam that is covered in extremely durable PVC to ensure they can withstand the most intense scrumming sessions.
The machine's steel frame is sturdy, low maintenance, and provides exceptional stability, while the heavy tanalised timber skids ensure it stays in place during use. The solid platform has enough room for extra players, making it an ideal choice for teams of all sizes. Additionally, the safety handrail and steel binding loops are fitted as standard, ensuring the safety of all players during training.
The Rhino Premiersled has a scrummaging height of 46cm to 76cm, making it perfect for players of all sizes. Its dimensions of 2300mm (l) x 1210mm (w) x 900mm (h) make it large enough for players to practice their technique with ease, while its weight of approximately 440kg ensures that it remains stable during use.
In addition to its standard features, the Rhino Premiersled has optional extras available to make it even more versatile, including artificial skids, sandbags, mobility wheels, a cover, and binding pads. These extras make it easy to customise the machine to meet the specific needs of your team.

3. Ensure that all items are returned within 28 days of purchase, for a full refund to the original payment method.
4. We kindly request that you retain proof of postage for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels during transit to our facility.
Remember to quote your order reference number or any other proof of purchase in your email correspondence.
- All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method as soon as we receive your return, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund. Please note, that we are not liable for any bank charges you may incur during the process. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- When trying on clothing or footwear, please take reasonable care to keep the items in the same condition. If your item has a swing-ticket, please ensure this remains intact. Failure to take reasonable care of an item you decide to return, may result in deductions from your refund.
- If a returned item doesn’t meet these requirements, we will not be able to accept your return.
- If a product develops a fault within the first 3 months of purchase, please fill in the return form and mark as faulty, we kindly ask that you provide a description and image of the fault.
- We will contact you shortly after to organise your return, free of charge. If the fault is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will refund in full or replace as appropriate.
- Please ensure that you order the correct size(s), as personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note, any item with your university logo on, regardless of having no additional initials or numbers, is considered bespoke.
- Orders of this nature can take 4-8 weeks to arrive due to customisation, please refer to our size guide or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Rhino delivery services
Standard delivery for clothing, plain sportswear, balls, and small accessories:
- UK: 2-5 working days
- International: Up to 10 working days
- We dispatch our smaller items, such as clothing, sportswear, and singular balls through Royal Mail to ensure the highest level of delivery service within the UK.
Standard delivery charges:
- Mainland UK Orders under £50: £4.99

Next Day Delivery:
- Available for most standard orders within mainland UK at £7.50. Excludes bespoke university/club teamwear and customised orders.
- Qualifying orders must be placed before 12pm, Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays and national holidays). Orders placed outside this timeframe are processed the next working day.
Delivery for training & pitch equipment:
- Larger items such as tackle, contact equipment, & ball bundles are dispatched through professional couriers like FedEx, confirmed at delivery.
EU Shipments: All shipments from the UK to the EU are sent DAP (Delivered at Place), which means any duties and taxes will be payable by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
Please Note: The delivery options mentioned do not apply to decorated teamwear. The chosen delivery method will be included in the overall production timescale. This encompasses team/club logo additions, names, initials, or squad numbers. (Decorated teamwear orders may take up to 16 weeks to process.)

Right of Cancellation:
- Under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order up to the end of the seventh working day after you receive the products, without needing to provide a reason.
- To cancel, please email help@rhino.direct with your cancellation details. You must keep the products in your possession and take reasonable care of them until returned. We will credit the price of the returned products, but not any incurred carriage charges.
