Machine Servicing
The benefits of a scrum machine service are:
- PEACE OF MIND – players will be safe and protected on a regularly serviced machine. Padding and bungees provide "give" which helps to prevent shock to the player’s neck and back. Servicing ensures that "give" is maintained at the point of impact.
- HEALTH and SAFETY obligations – a service certificate indicates that reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the safety of players.
- INVESTMENT PROTECTION – servicing with Rhino parts will extend the lifetime use of the scrum machine.
The service will include checking over and de/re-grease of all movable parts - pusher arms & pads, axle & hub, height adjusters, brakes and roller plus replacement of any worn bungees, pads or brakes.

Rhino do not provide spare parts for servicing to other companies.
Please note that services often require replacement parts. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify you before fitting parts. Any parts required will be included in the final invoice. Service price does not include parts
If your old scrum machine is not in working order please contact us to discuss trading it in for a new machine, equipment or cash.
